2022 VINTAGE UPDATE
The 2022 vintage is finished, and what a whirlwind it was. It began on September 1st with Cabernet Franc and ended on October 28th with Grenache. It was the shortest vintage in our history, and we are looking forward to seeing how the wines evolve in barrel.
Vintage 2022 by the Numbers
1. We picked 215 tons of grapes. That’s equivalent to 538 barrels, 156,000 bottles or 795,000 glasses of wine.
2. We harvested 18 different grapes and will ultimately craft over 20 different wines from this vintage (single varietals and blends).
3. Harvest lasted 57 days from the first to the last day of picking.
AUTUMN FOOD & WINE
We like to pair our offerings with the season, and with golden vineyards & cooler weather we’re shifting our food & wine menus. A few highlights:
1. 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon & Roast Beef Au Jus with a cheesy potato waffle & horseradish
2. 2019 Reserve Chardonnay & Grilled Scallops with Smashed Yams, Shishito Peppers & Braised Cherry Tomatoes.
3. 2019 Syrah & Grilled Brussels Sprouts, Hazelnuts, Salsa Verde & burrata.

2019 FOG CATCHER
Just one month after its release, we are nearly sold out of the 2019 Fog Catcher. We recommend ordering this week to secure some of the last available bottles.
The 2019 vintage has incredible depth, expressive layers and outstanding age-worthiness. We recommend aging it for up to 10 additional years in your cellar or decanting prior to enjoying it.
39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 23% Malbec, 12% Carmenere, 3% Petit Verdot
