Winemaker Dinner on June 20th Upcoming Dinner: A Night at Heart Hill Dinner

Join us under the string lights of the olive grove for an exclusive evening honoring the crown jewel of our estate: Fog Catcher. Winemaker Patrick Muran is opening our vault to pour rare, historic library vintages of this flagship blend including the 2016 and 2019 vintages. To match the magnitude of these powerhouse bottles, Executive Chef Mario Alberto has designed a multi-course menu anchored by elite, meticulously sourced raw ingredients and world-class culinary craftsmanship.

We are a family owned, estate winery located in the Willow Creek District of beautiful Paso Robles. We believe that the most memorable experiences happen at the intersection of fantastic wine and food. We are open daily and offer seated tasting flights and a fresh, seasonal lunch menu sourced from local farms and our Chef’s Garden.

We only make wines made from grapes that we grow ourselves. We are dedicated to farming sustainably and making great wines from two distinct vineyard sites: Heart Hill Vineyard in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles and Jespersen Ranch in the Edna Valley.

Sustainably Farmed & Crafted

As an estate winery we believe that a long term view is necessary and that sustainability is an evolution, not an endpoint. Our estate is 100% solar powered and our buildings are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified. Our vineyards are SIP (Sustainability in Practice) Certified, and in 2016 we became the first business to earn the program’s Winery Certification for sustainable practices. Sustainability also means helping the community prosper, and we partner with various non-profits that support that mission.
