Upcoming event Pinot Noir Retrospective Dinner
Join Winemaker Molly Bohlman for a special evening celebrating the elegance of Pinot Noir. Less than 1% of California vineyards are planted within five miles of the ocean, making the Pinot Noir and other grapes we farm at Jespersen Ranch a rarity. The wine menu will include 2016 reserve Pinot Noir, and 2018 estate Pinot Noir among others. She and Executive Chef Brendan Collins have collaborated to create an unforgettable, muti-course menu including Hamachi Crudo with Kombucha Dashi, Raspberry and Grapefruit, and Cheerwine Braised Pork Belly with Grilled Radish and Fennel Puree just to name a few.
