This wine is made from a com­bi­na­tion of our old­est block of Caber­net Sauvi­gnon at Boot­jack Ranch and our two newest blocks. Block 10, our old­est plant­i­ngs, pro­duces a vibrant wine with bright red fruit char­ac­ter­is­tics. The new­er plant­i­ngs, Blocks 16 & 9, have dark fruit, struc­ture and depth. After pri­ma­ry fer­men­ta­tion, the three blocks were blend­ed togeth­er to age in oak bar­rels, 37% of which were new. The fin­ished wine is com­plex and fresh, with fla­vors of dark cher­ry, rose­mary and vanil­la fin­ished with ele­gant, refined tan­nins. Drink now through 2026.
