We grow Sauvignon Blanc at Jespersen Ranch, our cool climate vineyard nestled into a hillside near the Pacific Ocean. Our three acres of vines thrive in the coastal environment and derive their character from the rolling banks of coastal fog in the morning and ocean breezes in the afternoon.
Our goal is to create a wine that balances two flavor personalities of Sauvignon Blanc that we love: grassiness and tropical fruit. We hand-harvested the grapes and whole cluster pressed them. We fermented and aged 80% in stainless steel and 20% in neutral oak barrels for five months before blending, filtering and bottling in late February.
