The 2015 vintage was marked by a windy Spring, which led to shatter in the vineyard and decreased yields in our Cabernet Sauvignon. In fact we bottled less than half of the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon than the two years prior. Flavor concentration was high and 18 months of barrel aging helped soften the dark flavors. The nuances of the 2015 vintage have really emerged over the years and it has become an insider favorite.
