The 2014 vintage has more Cabernet Franc than any other vintage. That base creates a refined and age-worthy wine. Comparing it to the 2013 is interesting – it’s angular and precise where the 2013 is round and expansive. More time will soften those angles, but it’s a beautiful and complete wine to drink now. On the flavor side, think ripe blackberries and dried oregano.
