Our annual dinner with Winemaker Patrick. He’ll dive into our library collection of bottles from Heart Hill Vineyard & Bootjack Ranch to select a set of special wines for the evening and work with Executive Chef Jacob Burrell to create a delicious, memorable pairing menu. We’ll begin with a canapé hour featuring a special barrel sample before enjoying a coursed, paired dinner. Expect to see library bottles of Fog Catcher, some special reds and a port-style wine paired with dessert! Your ticket includes food, wine & tip (tax not included).
