Join us for this one of a kind virtual cooking class with Top Chef All-Star contestant Brian Malarkey and the Niner Winemaking team! Chef Brian Malarkey will walk you through cooking and plating a Tomato Burrata Pesto Toast with Parmesan Crisp alongside a Tarragon Chimichurri Butter Basted Steak with Potato Puree. The class will be paired with our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, 2018 Pinot Noir and 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. $25 from each ticket sold will go to Brian's PMC Employee Relief Fund, which goes directly to healthcare coverage and other assistance for employees of the Puffer Malarkey Collective restaurants.

ABOUT CHEF BRIAN MALARKEY
In addition to owning a group of successful restaurants, Brian Malarkey is a previous finalist on Top Chef and a current contestant on season 17 of Top Chef "All-Stars". He lives in San Diego and has been hosting Virtual Cooking Classes as a way to help raise funds for his staff.
