A collaborative dinner between our Winemaker and Chef, this will be a special evening celebrating the coastal wines of our cool-climate estate Jespersen Ranch! Winemaker Molly Bohlman has reached into her library collection of bottles and curated a special set of wines for the evening, including a 2014 Jespersen Ranch Syrah. Chef Jacob Burell will create an unforgettable menu filled with special ingredients that highlight the coastal influence of the site.
This dinner will include outdoor, communal seating and a coursed, plated dinner. We recommend wearing layers and bringing a jacket for later in the evening.
