We’re throwing the ultimate outdoor BBQ to celebrate the beginning of the 2018 Harvest. We have partnered with local producer Charter Oak to roast a locally raised pig as the centerpiece of the meal and our Chefs will be up bright and early that morning to bury it in the ground for 14 hours of slow roasting. The pig will be wrapped in our own grapes leaves, Jack Creek Farm apples and our Mourvedre grapes and unearthed at the beginning of the evening.

The rest of the meal will be cooked outdoors on our BBQ with Dutch Oven potatoes two ways, a Garden Greens Salad and roasted seasonal vegetables. Our Winemaking team will be raiding our Library Collection of wines for some rarely tasted wines during the reception. Dinner will be served with a 6LTR of Cabernet Sauvignon and Magnums of 2013 Fog Catcher, and a few other surprises!

We'll be kicking off the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend with an Autumn Harvest Pop-Up Dinner on Saturday, October 20th. The menu will feature Herbed Stuffed Pork Loin as the main course and wine pairings are included. Ticket information and the full menu can be found here

On Friday, Saturday & Sunday our Tasting Room will be open and pouring our delicious wines during normal hours from 10am to 5pm where gourmet picnic baskets and other small bites will be available for purchase in our deli case. The Restaurant will be open from 12-3pm on Saturday and will be serving our normal lunch menu along with our Chef's Tasting Menu. On Sunday the Restaurant will be open from 11am to 3pm and will be serving both brunch and our normal lunch offerings. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling 805.226.4883

Our pop-up dinners are designed to be nights where our Chefs can show off their creativity with fun menus served family-style. Each night has an entertaining theme, ingredient or dish that drives what we serve and will feature local producers paired thoughtfully with two of our estate grown wines. Start with a wine and appetizer reception in our tasting room before taking your seat for dinner, chat with your table neighbors and enjoy a family-style meal. ticket price includes food, two glasses of wine + gratuity (tax applied at checkout)

This intimate seminar & tasting menu will focus on the past, present & future of our flagship blend Fog Catcher. Fog Catcher is named for the cool, grey banks of fog that drift over our vineyards in the early morning and represents the pinnacle of our estate winemaking philosophy. Only the best barrels from each vintage earn a place in this blend and this dinner is your exclusive chance to delve deep into the intricacies of this highly acclaimed wine. Guests will be greeted with a glass of our Sparkling Wine and passed appetizers before dinner. Enjoy four courses designed to pair and highlight the differences in each wine. To end the night on a sweet note, join us for dessert and coffee service following dinner.

Winemaker Patrick will guide you through each course and explain vintage differences, winemaking techniques and pairing rationale while answering any questions that you have. We design these nights to be open format and highly encourage questions and discussion! This is your chance to get to know the people who are making your food and wine.

Our semi-annual Wine Club Member parties are your chance to sample all of our newest wine releases and hang out with our stellar team! On party day the tasting room is closed to the public and we are 100% focused on giving our Club Members a memorable and creative food and wine experience. Enjoy small bites from our culinary team inspired by the season and local ingredients while you walk around the property and chat with our team about the new wine releases. We always have our winemaking team pour the new Reserve and small-production wines in the Craft Winery so be sure to head up there

Due to limitations on party sizes we suggest reserving your space early! Also know that doors will open promptly at the start of each party and not before due to set-up needs. Thanks for understanding!

Our owner and winemakers will be pouring all of our new Reserve Wine Releases in the Craft Winery – this is an amazing opportunity to get up close and personal with our Winemaking team and learn what makes these wines so unique!

Sparkling Wine Release Party

An elegant evening of food, fun and bubbles

Join us for the inaugural release of our Sparkling Wine!  For the last three years we’ve been waiting patiently while the winemaking team has put endless hours work into creating a Sparkling Wine from our estate. This is a huge accomplishment – rarely do wineries perform all of the tedious winemaking steps themselves and our 2015 Brut Rosé is proof that it was an endeavor well worth pursuing.

This release party is a celebration of all of the hard work and passion that went into creating just 200 cases of our inaugural vintage of Niner Sparkling Wine. In 2015 we picked Pinot Noir from Jespersen Ranch early in the growing season and crafted a lightly hued, Brut Rosé. Join us this December for the first taste of this beautiful wine.

We’re still finalizing all the details, but the night will be filled with gourmet sparkling wine pairings from our culinary team including freshly shucked oysters, fried chicken and a dessert bar. Expect to see demonstrations of the sparkling winemaking process and be able to chat with Sparkling Winemaker Molly Bohlman about the process.
