Winter Wine Club release weekend - new wines!

Choose your own adventure with three options for attending this February's party: 11:30-1:30pm Saturday, 3-5pm Saturday or stop by our open-house from 11-4pm on Sunday

Our semi-annual Wine Club Member parties are your chance to sample all of our newest wine releases and hang out with our stellar team! On Saturday day the tasting room is closed to the public and we are 100% focused on giving our Club Members a memorable and creative food and wine experience. Sunday's event will be open-house style and the tasting room will remain open! On both days you will enjoy small bites from our chefs inspired by the season and local ingredients while you walk around the property and chat with our team about the new wine releases. We are happy to announce that after the massive turn out of support last Fall we are also offering a Sunday Release Party to expand the number of people able to attend these parties. The Sunday format is an open-house format and your reservation will allow you to enjoy all of the new releases along with small bites in the Craft Winery. The tasting room and restaurant will have normal operating hours on Sunday, but only Wine Club Members will be able to enter the Craft Winery. 

ONYX and Case Club members receive 4 complimentary tickets & Estate/Reserve members receive 2 complimentary tickets. Please note that the benefits each membership includes a reservation for a single party - we want to make sure that as many people as possible can attend. the fine print: each party will be capped at 300 people. all cancellations within 72 hours of the event or no-shows will be charged a $10 per person cancellation fee. We would much rather see your faces than have the money - so please let us know if you can't make it!

We are making it easy to celebrate Valentine's Day all weekend with us! Our tasting room and restaurant will be open Thursday-Sunday giving you the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend with a loved one. 

Heart Hill Tasting Experience

Our Heart Hill Tasting Experience is the perfect way to impress that special someone. Heart Hill has been a local landmark in Paso Robles since 1956 and this tasting experience allows you to venture inside our famed oak grove. We will start your private tour with an off-road vehicle excursion to the highest point in our vineyard. Your guide will take you out into the vines for insight into our farming and sustainable efforts. You will then enjoy a ride through the vines to get to the Heart where you will relax on the patio and taste a special selection of Reserve + Library wines. Tours avilable February 14th through Sunday, February 17th at 10:00am & 2:00pm. this extravagant menu pairs luxurious ingredients with a series of estate and Reserve wines

Join us for a breathtaking Valentine's Day dinner at the ultimate venue. Heart Hill, the oak grove visible from our tasting room & restaurant, was originally discovered by the Booker Brothers in the middle of the 20th century. Every year on Valentine's Day the brothers would invite the town of Paso Robles out to picnic on the hillsides to celebrate the day and this dinner is an opulent take on this tradition. Upon reception, you will be whisked away to a private table where you will enjoy four courses of food & wine pairings designed to delight you and your loved one. Reservations are accepted at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30.

An interactive DINNER WITH WINEMAKER MOLLY BOHLMAN

this five-course winemaker dinner features our best wines from Jespersen ranch and our winemaker’s expertise

This intimate dinner will focus on the past, present and future of our Pinot Noir program. We farm 33 acres of Pinot Noir at Jespersen Ranch in the Edna Valley and the tasting menu will be specifically curated to highlight the unique qualities we find in this cool, fog-laden site. Guests will be greeted with a reception of passed appetizers and magnum wine service before moving to the Craft Winery for dinner. NINER Executive Chef Chris Closser and Winemaker Molly Bohlman worked together to create an unforgettable night of food and wine pairings designed to compliment some of Molly's favorite wines from our current portfolio and library. 

Winemaker Molly Bohlman will guide you through each course and explain vintage differences, winemaking techniques and pairing rationale while answering any questions that you have. We design these nights to be open-format and highly encourage questions and discussion! This is your chance to get to know the people who are making your food and wine and seating is limited.

This intimate seminar & tasting menu will focus on the past, present & future of our flagship blend Fog Catcher. Fog Catcher is named for the cool, grey banks of fog that drift over our vineyards in the early morning and represents the pinnacle of our estate winemaking philosophy. Only the best barrels from each vintage earn a place in this blend and this dinner is your exclusive chance to delve deep into the intricacies of this highly acclaimed wine. Guests will be greeted with a glass of our Sparkling Wine and passed appetizers before dinner. Enjoy multiple courses designed to pair and highlight the differences in each wine. To end the night on a sweet note, join us for dessert and coffee service following dinner.
