Taste your way through a family-style meal that is market-driven and susceptible to last minute changes, embellishments and redactions based on what is fresh (click to view the menu). The theme tonight captures cuisine from a period of youth that Chef Maegen Loring spent in Canada, and America's hat will now meet your plate. After a very polite reception of appetizers and wine, be seated in our dining room for a coursed meal served family style alongside a selection of our estate wines. We invite you (ya hoser) to embrace the night and join us at our table for Sunday Dinner, Canada Style (and don't forget that the Canucks play the following night).
