Join us along with a handful of other local farmers and food purveyors for the annual Slow Money SLO benefit dinner at Tiber Canyon Ranch in San Luis Obispo on October 5th. 

Celebrate local food, farmers and producers with a one-of-a-kind menu featuring fresh, creative ingredients provided by local artisans. Guests can tour Tiber Canyon Ranch's Olive Groves and view original art pieces by the San Luis Outdoor Painters for the Environment (SLOPE). 100% of the proceeds from this event go directly to Slow Money SLO.

Through volunteer work and non-profit structure, 25 small food enterprises have been advised, coached and provided with peer to peer loans. This Harvest Wine Weekend join us for weekend celebrating one of our busiest times of the year! 

This weekend only our Club Members can enjoy a complimentary visit to our Craft Winery as part of their tasting! See where we make all of the wines from Jespersen Ranch in our Craft Winery behind the tasting room. Depending on the day you'll be able to see fruit sorting, punchdowns, tanks pressings and more! We'll also be pouring a few special tank and barrel samples for guests only inside the winery. Walk-ins accepted all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

There is no better way to understand Harvest than by seeing it in action and we offer special "Harvest Tours" daily at 9am that include a behind-the-scenes look at our grape harvest in our main winery on the other side of the property along with special tastings along the way. Our pop-up dinners are casual extensions of our restaurant philosophy and are served family-style. Each night will have an entertaining theme, ingredient or dish that drives what we serve. Enjoy a reception period with wine and passed appetizers at the tasting room bar and outside patio before being seated in our dining room for a delicious meal served alongside a selection of our estate wines. Chat with your table neighbors, enjoy our estate wines by the glass and relax. your ticket includes the full menu & two glasses of wine.

This intimate seminar & tasting menu will focus on the past, present & future of our flagship blend Fog Catcher. Fog Catcher is named for the cool, grey banks of fog that drift over our vineyards in the early morning and represents the pinnacle of our estate winemaking philosophy. Only the best barrels from each vintage earn a place in this blend and this dinner is your exclusive chance to delve deep into the intricacies of this highly acclaimed wine. Guests will be greeted with a glass of our Sparkling Wine and passed appetizers before dinner. Enjoy multiple courses designed to pair and highlight the differences in each wine. To end the night on a sweet note, join us for dessert and coffee service following dinner.

Winemaker Patrick will guide you through each course and explain vintage differences, winemaking techniques and pairing rationale while answering any questions that you have. We design these nights to be open format and highly encourage questions and discussion! This is your chance to get to know the people who are making your food and wine.

Fall Wine Club Release Weekend

FOOD, WINE & MUSIC - A WINE CLUB MEMBER EVENT

Choose your own adventure with three options for attending this November's party: 11:30-1:30 pm Saturday, 3-5pm Saturday or stop by our open-house from 12-2pm on Sunday

Our semi-annual Wine Club Member parties are your chance to sample all of our newest wine releases and hang out with our stellar team! On Saturday day the tasting room is closed to the public and we are 100% focused on giving our Club Members a memorable and creative food and wine experience. Sunday's event will be open-house style and the tasting room will remain open! On both days you will enjoy small bites from our chefs inspired by the season and local ingredients while you walk around the property and chat with our team about the new wine releases.

We are happy to announce that after massive support we are continuing to offer a Sunday Release Party to expand the number of people able to attend these parties. The Sunday format is an open-house format and your reservation will allow you to enjoy all of the new releases along with small bites in the Craft Winery. The tasting room and restaurant will have normal operating hours on Sunday, but only Wine Club Members will be able to enter the Craft Winery. 

ONYX and Case Club members receive 4 complimentary tickets & Estate/Reserve members receive 2 complimentary tickets. Please note that the benefits each membership includes a reservation for a single party - we want to make sure that as many people as possible can attend. the fine print: each party will be capped at 300 people. all cancellations within 72 hours of the event or no-shows will be charged a $10 per person cancellation fee. We would much rather see your faces than have the money - so please let us know if you can't make it!

Sparkling Wine Release

A sparkling soirée for our wine club members

Join us for the release of our 2016 Cuvée Brut Nature! Crafting a Sparkling Wine in-house is a huge accomplishment – we are one of a handful of wineries that performs each labor-intensive step ourselves. This release party will be a celebration of all of the hard work and passion that goes into creating these special bottles!

The Bubbles  In 2016 we picked a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for this Cuvée. It was tirage aged for two years before being disgorged and bottled on May 21st, 2019. "Brut Nature" refers to the fact that we added zero sugar with the dosage - we believe that keeping the expression pure was the best was to create a lively and complex iteration of our coastal vineyard site. 

The Soirée Your evening will include live music, sparkling wine and an assortment of savory and sweet bites. Our Winemaker and Chef have collaborated to create some fantastic and creative pairings, and we have a few surprises to delight you with. Expect to see demonstrations of the sparkling winemaking steps and chat with Sparkling Winemaker Molly Bohlman about the process. Reserve your tickets now – this is an event you won’t want to miss!
