As Barbera is an Italian grape variety, we call our pink wine “Rosato,” which is Italian for “Rosé.” The finished
wine has aromas of strawberry jam and cherry rhubarb. In the mouth, this dry rosé is fruity with nice acidity and
a creamy finish.
