Is there a fee to join?
There is no fee to join.
How do I pay?
When you sign up for the club, you will provide us with a credit card that we will keep on file. We will charge your card 14 days prior to each shipment.
What is the cost of each shipment?
Costs vary from shipment to shipment, but in general CLUB 9 shipments average $70-80 per shipment and CLUB 9 Onyx shipments average $130-150 per shipment. This cost does not include tax and shipping charges.
What if I want to pick up my shipment?
If you prefer to pick up your shipment, we will send you an email to let you know when it is ready to be picked up, or you could join us for our CLUB 9 Pick-up Parties, held each shipment month in February, May and November.
Can I order wine between my shipments?
Of course! We strongly encourage you to order wine in between shipments! You can place an order at any time on our website or by giving us call.
How many people can attend each pick-up party? You receive two tickets with your membership, additional guests are welcome, but must pay a small fee.
Can members bring additional guests to the pick-up parties? Yes, they can! The cost is $15 per guest.
What is my commitment?
It is our sincere wish and expectation that once you have joined our club, you will fall so hopelessly in love with our wines and the benefits you receive as a member, that you will never want to be without them again. To discourage cads, who sign up for the club just to get the discount and then quit before they receive any shipments, we respectfully request you take a minimum of two shipments.
How do I change my information on file?

What should I do if I want to cancel my membership?
If you have received two or more shipments and have thought it through very carefully but need to cancel your membership, please notify us in writing by email or letter.
