Wine club shipments are sent in February, May and November each year.
February CLUB 9 Offering:
The Febraury CLUB 9 and CLUB 9 Onyx shipments will be shipped on February 1, 2010. The CLUB 9 shipment will include one bottle of our award-winning 2006 Sangiovese, 2006 Barbera, 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc (a pre-release). The CLUB 9 Onyx shipment included two bottles of our 2006 Barbera and one bottle each of the 2006 Sangiovese, 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2008 Sauvignon Blanc (a pre-release), and the 2004 Fog Catcher.

-This membership may be canceled at anytime. Cancellations are
requested in writing 30 days prior to the next CLUB 9 shipment.
Shipment Policy and Procedure
Please note: All wines are sold in California and title passes
to the buyer in CA. We make no representation to the legal
rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside
of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment
of wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your
behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where
you wish. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred if
the wine shipment is returned to the winery for reshipment.
We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who
are at least 21 years old, and only for personal use,
not for resale or trade. In placing your order you
represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that
the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least
21 years old. Shippers are not permitted to leave
packages without obtaining an adult signature. For this reason,
we recommend using a business address if you are not home during
business hours.
