Amanda calls this wine "Cabernet Sauvignon to the nth power!" It has complex layers that evolve in the glass, beginning with cherry-berry spice, then pepper-tobacco-roast, then an herby mint mineral characteristic. Flavors are full and big but not overripe, with plenty of fruit, fresh blackberries, clove, oak and Herbes de Provence.
