If I place an order online, how will I know you have received it?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your confirmation number, your order total and shipping information. If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, please give us a call at 805.239.2233 as your email address may have been entered incorrectly.

 

How do I pay, and when will my card be charged?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged when the order is shipped.

 

Is my credit card information secure?

All of our transactions automatically take place on a secure server, security certificate is provided by GeoTrust. All of your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet.

 

Do I get a receipt?
Yes, it will be emailed to you when your order is shipped and your card is charged.

 

How will my order be delivered, and when should I expect it to arrive?
We ship UPS or Federal Express. The shipper will be specified and the tracking number provided on your receipt.

 

Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the tracking number on your emailed receipt to follow your package.

 

Is it possible to ship to more than one address?

Yes. If you are interested in sending multiple gift shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

 

 

Shipment Policy and Procedure
Please note: All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in CA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you wish.

 

Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered the person accepting delivery will be required to show an I.D. proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping charges are approximate and subject to change. Delivery to a business address is recommended.

 

Niner Wine Estates ships to the following states:  AK, CA, DC, HI, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, ND, NH, NM, OR, PA, WA, and WY. As laws change frequently, log on to www.freethegrapes.com for the most up to date state-by-state shipping information.

 

We prefer to keep our wines in temperature-controlled environments whenever possible. Therefore, we ship early in the week, guaranteeing delivery before the weekend. Any orders presented after Wednesday will be sent the following week.
