Niner Wine Estates owns two vineyards; Bootjack Ranch on the east side of Paso Robles Wine Country, and Heart Hill on the west.

 

Bootjack Ranch

Bootjack Ranch is currently comprised of 125 planted acres. Varietals include Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera, Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, there are smaller blocks of blenders Malbec, Carmenère, and Petit Verdot.

Heart Hill

The Heart Hill property is named for a large grove of oak trees growing in
the shape of a heart on one of its rolling hillsides, facing the road. Heart
Hill is located on route 46, near the western edge of the Paso Robles AVA.
