Join local organization Slow Money SLO at our tasting room to celebrate SLO County's finest locally produced foods & beverages! Take a special opportunity to meet Founder & Chairman of Slow Money Woody Tasch and local artisan food entrepreneurs. This event will feature the fine food of Chef Maegen Loring with tasting stations throughout our newly renovated farm-to-table gardens. Each dish will showcase local ingredients while providing opportunities to meet SLO’s food artisans, entrepreneurs and supporters. Tickets and more information available here.

About SLOW Money SLO

Through volunteer work and non-profit structure, more than 15 small food businesses have been advised, coached and provided with peer to peer loans totaling more than $650,000. The Slow Money SLO team stays in close touch with its food entrepreneurs and strives to keep them on a sustainable pace of growth, while providing a living for business founders and employment opportunities for SLO County folks. Paella Winemaker Dinner with Caliza Winery

This dinner will be a fun and creative way to kick off your Harvest Wine Weekend! This progressive dinner will include Winemakers from NINER & our neighboring winery Caliza pouring some of their best wines alongside a Spanish-inspired meal.

The evening will start at the Caliza tasting room, with a sunset reception featuring wines from their estate vineyard and other select sites in Paso Robles alongside a decadent array of Tapas. The dinner group will drive through the backroads of Heart Hill Vineyard (the benefit of being neighbors!) to the NINER tasting room where you’ll enjoy an outdoor dinner under our olive trees. Dinner will include coursed pairings designed to highlight wines from each vintner!

Harvest Weekend - Oysters & Live music

Both our tasting room and restaurant will be open all day, whether you want an estate tasting flight or to enjoy lunch in wine country! Celebrate our new landscaping and relax under the shade of our olive & oak trees, play a game of Pétanque and have a glass of wine.  Enjoy live music from 1-4pm with wine served by the glass and bottle. To bring the day to the brink of foodie fanaticism we are also offering fresh shucked oysters to order on our back patio for $12 1/2 dozen or $24 a full dozen!

a california twist on a louisiana classic

Gumbo both transcends and embraces tradition, with different cultures & Chefs putting their own spin on the classic Louisiana dish. Our spin focuses on the Roux (flour and fat cooked together to thicken sauces) and is what turns Mere Mortal Gumbo into "Mighty, Mighty Gumbo." Dangerously close to the edge of caramelizing, her rich Roux base provides ample flavors to build upon with layers of ingredients & textures. After all, who doesn't love a good gumbo?

Our pop-up dinners are served family-style and each night will have a theme that drives what we serve. Enjoy a reception period at the tasting room bar and outside patio before dinner. After the reception, be seated in our dining room for a coursed meal served family style alongside a selection of our estate wines. Chat with your table neighbors, enjoy our estate wines by the glass and relax.

Join us to celebrate new wine releases and pick up your Fall Allocation at this event exclusively for our Wine Club members & their guests! Each attendee will receive a Fog Catcher logo glass to take home – your ticket to taste all our new releases! We will have barrel samples from our winemaking team, food provided by the kitchen and live music  at each party.

We will have two time frames for you to choose from, please select one of the following slots when reserving your space online: 12pm-2pm or 3-5pm.

ONYX members receive 4 complimentary tickets and 2 paid tickets (available for $30 each). Estate and Reserve members receive 2 complimentary tickets and 2 paid tickets (available for $30 each).
