this extravagent menu pairs luxurious ingredients with a series of limited heart hill vineyard Reserve wines

This year join us for a breathtaking Valentine's Day dinner at the ultimate venue.  Heart Hill, the oak grove visible from our tasting room & restaurant, was originally discovered by the Booker Brothers in the middle of the 20th century. Every year on Valentine's Day the brothers would invite the town of Paso Robles out to picnic on the hillsides to celebrate the day and this dinner is an opulent take on this tradition.  Upon reception you will be whisked away to your private table where you will enjoy four courses of food & wine pairings designed to delight you and your loved one.

We are offering two seating times, 6pm & 8pm, on Valentine's Day Weekend. Please choose a date & time when purchasing tickets.

Join Winemaker Molly Bohlman and the rest of the Niner team to celebrate the release of our first Reserve Pinot Noir from Jespersen Ranch with this dinner & seminar. Enjoy a five course dinner at tables nestled near the tanks of our Craft Winery and become immersed in all things Pinot Noir. The paired flight of wines all come from Jespersen Ranch, our coastal vineyard in the Edna Valley. This fog laden site is planted to 77 acres located in the Edna Valley region near San Luis Obispo and the menu was planned expertly to highlight the unique qualities we find in this cool-climate site.
