Join us to celebrate new wine releases and pick up your Spring Allocation at this event exclusively for our Wine Club members! Each attendee will receive a NINER logo glass to take home – your ticket to taste all our new releases. We will have stations scattered throughout our tasting room and on the patio and will be pouring all the new Estate Wine Releases. Don't forget - we'll have live music on the patio & our Restaurant will be serving up small bites to go along with the wine!

We have three very special Reserve Wines in the Spring Allocation and to celebrate our Winemaking team will be pouring them side-by-side in the Craft Winery. These single-vineyard Reserve Releases include our first ever Cabernet Franc from Heart Hill Vineyard; Twisted Spur form Heart Hill Vineyard & Carménère from Bootjack Ranch. This is your chance to get up close & personel with our Winemaking team and learn what makes these wines so unique!

Eating local is a wonderful thing 

You shop at Farmer’s Markets, look for the “Grown in CA” sticker in the grocery store & maybe even have a little garden of your own.

As a company we ourselves try to source as much as we can from our own backyard (our cheese & charcuterie boards always come from within a 30 mile radius) but the reality of having a restaurant is that we sometimes have to supplement with outside ingredients. Not for this dinner. We’re taking the buzz words ‘seasonal ingredients’ and ‘farm to table’ literally to bring you this collaboration with GleanSLO. Their organization collects crops that would otherwise be left in fields & trees to waste away and distributes them through the SLO Food Bank. And with your ticket purchase - all proceeds from this dinner will benefit GleanSLO!

Enter our Chefs. They will transform these ‘leftover’ crops into an epicurean food & wine adventure. This is a challenge – we will not know what ingredients will be available until the last moment which means we can’t promise you a full menu. But scarcity is the mother of creation and this challenge will make this dinner one of the most pure expressions of our team’s creativity this year.

Join us for a multi-course exploration of what gourmet Chefs can do when given completely seasonal ingredients to base a meal off of while supporting this wonderful local agency.

This intimate seminar & reception will focus on the past, present & future of Fog Catcher. The seminar will be led by Winemaker Patrick Muran and each vintage will be paired with a small, gourmet bit from our kitchen. Learn how we approach making this extraordinary wine each vintage, and unlock exclusive access to library releases from 2007 - 2011 and special release magnums & other limited-edition Fog Catcher gifts.
